Works have now commenced work on site, first port of call is the bulk excavation works. Here we can see the bulk excavation works have taken place with he whole site now completely remediated and taken down to the respective formation levels. A temporary welfare cabin is on site to provide the necessary amenities until power and water is available for a site compound.
Perimeter site fencing has been erected all around the site to ensure public protection and prevent any unauthorised access to the site.
The foundation works are nearer to completion with all trenches excavated and mass filled with concrete.
Drainage and masonry materials have been delivered onsite, ready to progress the next steps in construction.
With the foundation works complete, works to the private drainage are now underway, with the masonry works due to start in a few days time.
Where the road and parking bays are to be constructed, the area has been stoned up to provide a solid platform for the site compound and access road for deliveries.
